WEST ASASE GARDENS
COMMUNITY 1
Community 1 is The Western Gardens. Our first possession in Prampram and our home base.
Situated on Marcus Garvey Avenue and Stradling the major 45-foot road that connects the Prampram Beach Road to the West African Transway, its Location and Power are not to be underestimated.
The Grounds are open and expansive, and the Land commands respect in its feel. As our 1st Community, development is well underway, with many neighbours having completed their fence wall projects and fruit tree planting, The borders to the East and North of the Gardens have been lined with Indian Trees for future guarding against eyesores and all internal roads have been lined with Royal Palms.
In this community, As you would expect we have Ghanaians alongside , Haitians, Jamaicans, Bajans, Zambians and Nigerians to name a few. They are all lovers of Africa and Ghana.
