One of the most stunning features of The Ark is its gorgeous views. With the Shai Hill mountains to the rear and coastal views to the front, you'll be surrounded by natural beauty at every turn. And depending on where you are on the estate, you'll also be able to take in stunning views of Communities 1, 3, and 4. The Ark sees all, and we're proud to offer such magnificent views to our residents.

We've also made it a priority to promote a thriving ecosystem on The Ark. By maintaining more trees, we've been able to attract an incredible variety of birds, and the crescendo of singing in the mornings is truly something to behold. The Ark is a community that's alive and well, and we're excited to invite you to be a part of it.

When the community started forming on The Ark, we quickly realized that the people who were coming were being called to supplement, complement, and join hands with those in communities 1 and 2.
