WEST ASASE GARDENS

COMMUNITY 1

Welcome to Western Gardens, our pride and joy in Prampram. This community is our first possession and home base, making it an extra special place for us. Located on Marcus Garvey Avenue and straddling the major 45-foot road that connects the Prampram Beach Road to the West African Transway, Western Gardens boasts a powerful location that is hard to beat.

The grounds here are open and expansive, with the land itself commanding respect in its feel. As our first community, development is well underway, with many neighbors having completed their fence wall projects and fruit tree planting. We're proud to say that the borders to the East and North of Western Gardens have been lined with Indian Trees for future guarding against eyesores, and all internal roads have been lined with Royal Palms. These touches add a touch of class and elegance to the already beautiful landscape.

At Western Gardens, we pride ourselves on being a diverse community. Here, you'll find Ghanaians alongside Haitians, Jamaicans, Bajans, Zambians, and Nigerians, to name a few. They are all lovers of Africa and Ghana, making this community a melting pot of cultures and traditions.

If you're looking for a community that offers a prime location, beautiful grounds, and a diverse and welcoming atmosphere, then Western Gardens is the perfect choice for you. Come and see for yourself what makes this community so special, and become a part of our family today.
