Land Will Form The Basis Of Our Future Economic Freedom and Independence.

What better way to connect to Africa than owning a piece of the Land in the ‘Motherland’?

The Essence of Asarci maintains that it is for 'this' generation more than ever to do the necessary when it comes to rebuilding Africa, town by town.

We are not into the victim status which has been labeled upon us but rather believe it is for individuals and communities to come together and do what needs to be done for the sake of the nation and our future generation using our vision, our money, and our hard work in good faith.

Since its inception in April 2020, we are now the most significant Land developers in Prampram, Ghana.

If you want to own Land within a community of beautiful people who share similar passions, dreams, and standard. If you want to sleep at night as you transact, please get in touch.

We are not agents! We are proud African Nationalists who supply Land.
