Ɔman is a working estate in New Ningo Prampram, built one community at a time over eighteen years. More than 400 landowners from over 30 nations hold plots here.

We do the work most developers leave to the buyer. Roads graded, many now gravelled. A high tension network running across eight miles of road, powered by our own transformers, with over a hundred poles standing and more going in. Drainage and culverts planned and scoped across the estate, storm water areas excavated and protected, roads lined with trees grown in our own nursery. Starlink coverage on site.

We own the supply chain. Our building supplies division runs the block factory, cement distribution, the excavation machines and the vehicle fleet. Our architecture practice draws the plans. Our construction team puts up the house. One group, from the land to the roof.
